5. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PhonePe
- Biolojee does not store sensitive payment information
- Platform fees or commissions may apply as defined by Biolojee
6. Payouts
- Sellers will receive payouts to their registered bank account
- Payout schedules (e.g., weekly) are managed by the platform
- Biolojee reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in case of disputes or suspicious activity
7. Prohibited Activities
- Posting illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Biolojee. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Biolojee may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or actions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Biolojee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for their products and services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
