Biolojee acts as a marketplace platform that enables sellers to offer products and services. Biolojee does not directly sell products or services and is not responsible for seller fulfillment. However, we may assist in dispute resolution where necessary.

2. General Refund Rules

  • Refunds are subject to the type of product or service purchased
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified time limits
  • Biolojee reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests

3. Product Refund Policy

Digital Products

  • All digital product purchases are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be granted if:
    • The product was not delivered
    • The file is corrupted or inaccessible
    • The product is significantly different from the description

Physical Products

  • Refunds or returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • The seller is responsible for handling returns and refunds

4. Service Booking Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel bookings within the allowed cancellation window set by the seller
  • Typical refund structure:
    • Full refund for cancellations made in advance
    • Partial or no refund for last-minute cancellations
    • No refund for no-shows
  • If a seller cancels a booking, the user is eligible for a full refund

5. Subscription Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees paid to Biolojee are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be considered only if requested within a limited period after purchase
  • No refunds will be issued after the subscription has been used or benefits have been accessed

6. Payout and Refund Handling

  • If a refund is requested before seller payout, the amount may be deducted directly
  • If a refund is requested after payout, the seller is responsible for issuing the refund
  • Biolojee may hold or adjust seller payouts in case of disputes or refund claims

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Users may raise disputes within a reasonable timeframe
  • Biolojee will review the case and may request additional information
  • Final decisions regarding disputes will be made by Biolojee

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

9. Changes to This Policy

Biolojee reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
